ONE is in Motion! Here at Royal Maze, we knew 2026 was going to be a big year for our mission; we could feel it.
The mind-blowing breakthroughs in our work with the Book of T – including all three tarots, the Atlantean, Gypsy and New Aeon – and its complete beautiful picture begin to emerge. And even better, a new discovery – a forgotten manuscript we never knew existed – thanks to Chris Wall, son of Rosalind, John Starr Cooke’s closest collaborator in bringing forth the Book of T into this world.
The 50th anniversary of John Starr Cooke’s passing happened on August 21 (1976). We celebrated and marvelled at the magic of this moment, of what has come forth in this Time of Telling.
Fifty Years On: John Starr Cooke (1976–2026)
This year marks fifty years since John Starr Cooke stepped out of the Maze. And where does one go upon stepping out? Up.
Born in March 1920 and passing from this world on August 21, 1976, John packed several lifetimes into his fifty-six years. Drawn from a young age to unorthodox channels of knowledge — the Kahunas, Tarot, Ouija, etc. — he walked a winding and adventurous path across the world and through the great spiritual teachers and seers of his day, arriving at precisely the right time and place to facilitate the delivery of the New Tarot for the Aquarian Age.
He was, as the Royal Maze remembers him, a mystic, a teacher, a “human events choreographer,” and facilitator of ONE Consciousness.
Wheelchair-bound in body, unbounded in everything else, he painted twenty-two Books for a new aeon as dictated, and planted seeds that bloomed into the Human Be-In and the Summer of Love. He lived out the Doer’s own instruction: be as you are… be it openly, and let the sun shine.
